Just to say how much I enjoy looking at your excellent photographs, I've so much to learn, obviously! I missed your old site, but this is far better. Please keep taking your superb pictures, and I'll keep trying to point the lens in the right direction.
    Cheers, pepper.

Hi Jimmy! Great poem on military life ...as they say across the pond, differnt war, different day same old S****T!

Winning the hearts and minds never quite lived up to it's billing!

    Ditto from Patwell!

Morning Jimmy, Just looked at your Jan shots, myself and a posse from the YSE were at Alex dock for the PACIFIC DAWN. The PRIDE OF ROTTERDAM and PRIDE OF BRUGES retain Dutch flag, it is only the British vessels flagged out.

    Hi Jimmy
    Like the new site.
As you will see from my site I am now living in Northern Ireland. Only a few miles from the port of Belfast so I still get plenty of ship photos.
    Keep up the good work.
    Regards Rick

It is good to see you back. I have spent many a happy hour wandering the banks of the Ouse and Trent and Goole Docks without having to leave the comfort of home, all the information about ships dogs, wildlife, aircraft is extreemly accurate. Thanks very much Jimmy

I like the site and have found taking photos of ships addictive, but usually when on a cruise and probably because I always have a camera them. I live near Plymouth so you have inspired me to make more effort and take a few myself.

Enjoyed the visit J, I'm in my home port of Galveston once a week and always make it a point to check the shipping. They shipped 1400 head of cattle to Russia last week.
